To commemorate the transfer of the operational control and management of the Regional Yarn Production and Innovation Center (RYPIC) from the Philippine Textile Research Institute (DOST-PTRI) to the Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT U), a turnover ceremony was held on May 24, 2022.
